Each month Church Council (formerly known as “Ad Council”) meets to address church matters and receive updates on the important work of each MUMC committee. *It’s actually a lot more exciting than it sounds, I promise!*
But if we don’t have an updated report from every committee we might not have all the information necessary to make important church decisions. That’s why we have created this handy-dandy Committee Report Form.
It’s easy to use! Just download a copy here each month prior to your committee meeting, fill out the information, and submit in the Church Council mailbox one week prior to Church Council meeting.
– Did you know that Church Council always meets the THIRD TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH at 6PM? Always. Rain or shine. You can mark your calendar!
– Did you know that the whole church is invited to join in these monthly meetings? It’s a great way to stay current on church matters, as well as represent your voice when it comes time to vote on issues.
The next Church Council meeting is TUESDAY, July 21, 2015. That means you should submit your latest report by Tuesday, July 14.
